What we sell. The Generator Fault-Code Kit is a digital diagnostic guide for home standby generator fault codes, sold as a one-time purchase of $39 USD. One payment covers it in full and gives you ongoing access to the kit page — nothing recurs, nothing renews.

What the kit is — and isn't. The kit is general information for diagnosing generator problems. It is not professional repair advice, not a substitute for your generator’s owner’s manual or an authorized dealer, and it does not create a service relationship. You are responsible for how you use it, including following the safety boundaries stated in the kit and verifying anything uncertain with an authorized service dealer.

No guarantees. We work hard to keep the information accurate and current, but manufacturers change codes, firmware, and procedures. We do not guarantee that any information on the site is complete, current, or correct for your specific model, or that using it will produce any particular outcome.

Your access. After payment you are redirected to a private kit page. That page is for your personal use — please don't share or republish it. Purchasing gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content; it does not transfer ownership.

Payments. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) and shown in U.S. dollars. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below and we will review it.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or misrepresent its content as professional advice. Don't resell, redistribute, or republish our paid content without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or kit, including damage to generators or other equipment, property damage, or personal injury. Standby generators involve lethal voltages, pressurized fuel gas, and carbon monoxide; you inspect and work on yours at your own risk.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

Third-party names. Generac, Kohler, and Cummins/Onan are trademarks of their respective owners. GenVerdict is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; brand names are used only to identify the equipment our content describes.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
